About
I'm a systems thinker, mystic, musician, and community builder working at the intersections of soul and structure. Based in rural Vermont, my work shifts between organizational healing, electronic music production, and community food systems - each getting its season. I help organizations reconnect with their authentic purpose while staying honest about my own rhythms of presence and absence.
Currently (January 2026)
In the Studio: I am pivoting from the singer-songwriter mode of Where’ve You Been? into live electronic performance. I’m treating techno as systems design—building sonic environments with Logic, Live Loops, and TD-3-MO that breathe and shift in real-time. My focus is on rhythm as a collective healing frequency.
In the World: I’m serving as the Marketing & Member-Owner Experience Coordinator at Buffalo Mountain Food Co-op, while building a consulting practice focused on organizational healing, and individual spiritual guidance. Both draw from the same lived wisdom about breakdown, transformation, and authentic remembering.
