I wrote this album between Yule and the New Year. It’s the first one following my single, A Little Longer.

It’s an instrumental EP with 5 songs related to living with mental health issues. In December, 2023, I punched a kitchen counter in a moment of mental-health induced anxiety and panic, and recorded these with a broken right hand. I had just learned to strum and hold a pick again for this album.
